Engineers are based from City of London to Perth for excellent response times.AVM has one of the biggest dedicated Service Departments in the industry. It consists of field engineers, onsite technicians at our managed serviced sites, as well as our support and helpdesk team. Our field engineers are based from City of London, Twickenham, Egham, Taunton, Perth and Birmingham. AVM has a dedicated City of London service team, with a team of 12 engineers and support staff to provide up to 2 hour Service Level Agreements. With services ranging from onsite teams to full remote administration, AVM can provide cost effective professional support for any organisation.
