Our Service Department has nearly 40 employees. We have one of the biggest dedicated Service Departments in the industry by both staff numbers and revenue. It consists of field engineers, onsite technicians at our managed services sites, as well as our support and helpdesk team. Our field engineers are based from Twickenham, Taunton, Manchester and London.

Service - Our city based team responds quickly to our client's demands, ensuring that your systems are fully functional for that all important meeting. With a stock of common components most faults can be rectified on-site, in the first visit.

Maintenance Contracts

AVM offers maintenance contracts on all our installation work, regular servicing and preventative maintenance checks, ensure reliability and 100% system up-time, therefore maximising your investment. We can also build in periodical training sessions to train new staff members and to refresh existing users. These training sessions are an important feed-back opportunity as users can discuss their requirements and any ideas they may have for system improvements. System upgrades can be scheduled at the same time as regular visits reducing costs.

AVM will also support installations carried out by third party Audio Visual companies.

This will require a site survey and will be dependant on availability of components and source code of any programmed devices, where applicable.
