Terms and Conditions:
- Offers are available to Premier Club Members whilst they have a valid contract for maintenance services with Audio Visual Machines Ltd (“AVM”), or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
- Discounts associated with projector lamps and consumables include:
Projector lamps, Fly Cables, Patch Leads, Remote Controls, Interactive Whiteboard Pens and Batteries.
- If existing Premier Club Members introduce a new company to AVM and they take out an annual maintenance agreement with us, the introducing member and the new member will both receive discounts off their annual maintenance contracts. Both companies will get a 1% discount off their annual maintenance charge for every £2,000 worth of new business introduced to AVM up to a maximum of 10% (representing a new contract of £20,000).
- In certain circumstances, e.g. where an offer has been superseded by a better one, or is no longer available, the offer may be withdrawn by AVM from time to time.
- Also, in order to avoid unfair use of these services, AVM reserves the right to withdraw offers or revoke memberships at any time.
- AVM may change these terms and conditions from time to time.
