Audio Visual Machines Limited (AVM) has announced the purchase of the assets of DDI- Lizard Ltd from KPMG the administrator.This transaction supports AVM’s strategy of combining companies to create a major player focused on the supply, installation, programming and servicing of IP-based AV solutions to major corporations and central and local government. AVM, established in 1990, prides itself on both the creative use of technology and on the development of diverse immersive audio visual environments, from presentation/training suites to reception areas and incident management centres, all designed to allow technology to be used to maximum effect. AVM has provided state of the art meeting rooms, demonstration facilities and video conference suites to BP, BT, Lloyds Bank, Prudential and other organisations, both in the UK and internationally. AVM, which is an accredited partner for Polycom, Tandberg, Crestron, Extron, Smart, Exterity and Onelan, recently gained Certified Audio Visual Solutions Provider certification and is on track to achieve Gold status shortly.
