Audio Visual Machines (AVM) wins BP Support Contract

AVM have won a BP support contract against stiff tender competition. The contract involves providing an on-site team at Sunbury Business Park to support all BP’s videoconferencing and audio-visual requirements for 5,000 users.

Jared Lancaster , Technical Manager, is delighted that AVM successfully won this contract “Over the years we have developed a winning formula of recruiting down to earth people, with high skill levels, combined with advanced helpdesk software for accurate call-logging and reporting, as well as considerable experience and knowledge of the customer’s requirements.”

AVM have built up a long-standing business relationship with BP and are providing similar managed services to several other major UK and international corporate clients.

AVM’s Service and Maintenance area continues to see increasing revenue growth; the recent merger with VMC and the acquisition of ITM’s audio visual assets earlier this year have contributed significantly.

AVM designs, supplies, programs and supports complex audio visual systems ranging from boardroom presentation solutions to IP-based video conferencing networks, IPTV and corporate broadcasting.
